Ordering terms
- The customer ordering and paying the order has to be at least 18-years old.
- For the order process to be successful we need the name, address, phone number and email address of the customer. We do not give this information to third parties. We do not use any personal data for direct marketing unless the customer has accepted that.
- We deliver to all Europe.
- Payment happens via Klarna with the conditions Klarna offers.
- It is our intention to ship the products as soon as possible after receiving the order.
- If for some reasons the product ordered is out of stock we inform the customer immediately via email.
- We do not refund the products that have not been collected.
- When ordering from our online store you accept the current terms and conditions.
Delivery terms
- Delivery cost includes the dispatching and packaging costs.
- Delivery cost will be informed in the ordering process before payment takes place.
- With delivery in Finland, we use Posti’s and Matkahuolto’s services.
- Order tracking is possible with the tracking number shown in your order confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party.
Returns
- The customer has the right to return the product in original condition within 14 days of the arrival of the package.
- We are not responsible for return delivery costs. It is upon the customer to organise and pay the return delivery.
- The products have to be in their original condition to be accepted as a return.
- Attach your personal information and bank account information for the refund.
- After receiving the return we will promptly refund the money on your bank account.

Prices
- The prices shown on our website include the Finnish VAT 24%
- The customer is responsible for any other additional taxes or customs fees

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Upon ordering process, we collect the needed information for making the ordering process and the delivery possible. This information includes your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. We do not have access to your payment information.
We do not use your personal data for direct marketing if you do not want that.
Data usage outside our website
We use our website visitors’ data outside our own website only on Facebook for remarketing purposes. Visitors’ personal data is not visible to anyone. The amount of advertisement you will see on Facebook does not change because of remarketing. If you do not like our ads on Facebook you can simply choose Facebook not to show you that type of ads any longer.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Due to Finnish accounting law, we have to keep the data collected during the ordering process for almost 7 years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
